Paypr Work Terms of Services

 

I. GENERAL TERMS

 

1. Paypr Work is a registered private limited company in England and Wales. Paypr Work

 trading address  is 20 Wenlock Road, London  England.

 

Our service to you will include:

 

* Scheduled calls or meetings to discuss your requirements

* Proposal stating your requirements, our delivery and the fees associated with the services

* Access to a wide range of referenced documents, briefs and newsletters

* A dedicated project manager that will oversee the execution of your assignment from an

end to end perspective

* Access to expert advices

* After-care service

* Transparent pricing policy with fully itemized invoices and no hidden charges

* Service with integrity: We  registered with the ICO commission under the Data

Protection Act and hold an Anti-Money Laundering License supervised by Her Majesty

Customs and Revenues (HMRC)

 

2. In order to participate in our Services, you may be required to agree to additional terms and conditions. Unless otherwise provided by the additional terms and conditions applicable to the eBooclick Services in which you choose to participate, those additional terms are hereby incorporated into this Agreement as an integral part hereof.

 

3. By contracting with us , you represent and warrant that:

* All registration information you submit is truthful and accurate;

* You agree to cooperate with us  in the performance of the Consultant's services

and to give such support, facilities and information as may be reasonably required

* You will maintain the accuracy of such information;

* Your use of our Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

II. SERVICES PROVIDED

 

4. We shall provide certain services, as described more fully on the Website ("What we Offer"). Such services may require the use of other third parties, in which case the present agreement will cover these terms. If it is just necessary eBooclick may require you to sign an additional agreement to enable them to fulfull your requirements.

 

5. We may change, suspend or discontinue any or all of the Services or any Content for any reason, at any time, at its sole discretion. We may also impose limits on all or any of the Services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability.

 

III. PRICING AND CANCELLATION

 

6. The client agrees to pay the fees as set out in our quotation.

7. Quotations are valid for one (1) month from the date of the proposal.

8. VAT at the standard rate (if applicable) is applicable to all fees and expenses.

9. Before the commencement of the project, we may charge 50% of the fee, or full balance for any project that amount to less than £5000. The remaining 50% is due on project delivery. Subject to credit checks and due diligence certain established businesses may be offered of payment terms on invoicing. This will only be applicable for the 50% remaining balance and payment will be due within 14 days of invoice.

10. Late payments will be subject to a daily interest rate calculated at a rate 10%.

11. Cancellations should be served in writing by email. Details of the project such as commencement date, consultant assigned should be advised in the communication along with the reasons why termination is requested.

12. The following cancellation charges apply once a proposal for an assignment, including (but not limited to) training courses, audit, hire of our facilities and consultancy projects, has been accepted by the client:

 

a. All direct costs already incurred by us in relation to the assignment will be re-charged in full to the client with an admistration charge of 5% plus VAT. This could include, for example, recruitment, facility hire or printing costs.

b. If the assignment is cancelled or postponed up to and including 7 working days before the scheduled start date, we will charge up to 50% of the fee.

c.  If the assignment is cancelled or postponed less than 7 working days before the scheduled start date eBooclick will charge up to 100% of the fee.
